PACLIM 2025 is held at the Asilomar Hotel & Conference Grounds

The workshop begins with dinner Sunday night followed by the Kelly Redmond Memorial lecture and continues through paper sessions Wednesday morning followed by lunch.  Monday and Tuesday evening will include a hosted bar reception with viewing and discussion of posters, as well as our evening lecture on a topic of interest. We encourage all participants to attend the full conference to take advantage of this beautiful venue and opportunity for discussion with colleagues.

The PACLIM conference rate is per day/night of visit and includes all meals (Sunday dinner through Wednesday lunch). Check-in begins at 4:00p. Prices below do not include tax and can be 

Single: $291.82/night

Double: $197.70/night/person

Attendee with Guests: $291.82  + $103.56 per additional adult + $71.40 per youth (3-12 years old)

We strongly encourage attendees to stay on site. But realize that for some this is not possible.  

For those individuals please note: PACLIM is required to collect ground use fees for offsite attendees.  Asilomar will also no longer allow purchase of individual meals on site.

Information regarding Roommates

• If you are going to room with someone you must both indicate the roommate's name at the time of completing your hotel registration.  

• Asilomar will not match individuals with a roommate.
